As our Vice President of People Experience, you will support creating a place of belonging where every employee is motivated to work to their full potential. You'll train and reward people by implementing the infrastructure for superior performance. And you'll de-risk the organization for the future through proactive planning, practices, and processes.
You will report to and work with our Head of Talent & People at our New York City headquarters.
What you'll do:
- Motivate and engage Redesign Health team members to develop their craft and themselves
- Create programs to constantly keep the team motivated
- Put in place the infrastructure to the development of team members, leveraging team competencies with action plans in place and being executed
- Be a role model and mentor for all team members on how to behave in the workplace
- Help people leaders make tough personnel decisions in a timely, honest and forthright way
- Upgrade and manage the administrative process for People Experience
- Successfully manages human resources tasks and activities within our SLAs, leveraging shared systems and processes
- Drive compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, organizational development, training, and Redesign Health's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Active participant in continuous feedback and improvement of our tool and processes
- Take on individual People Experience work to keep close to how the work is done
- Successfully manages human resources tasks and activities within our SLAs, leveraging shared systems and processes
- Develop "People Experience In A Box" Product and HR Advisory Services for our Operating Companies
- Productize human resource processes, templates, tools and approaches into a solution that can be delivered to our Operating Companies
- Work with executives at Operating Companies to advise on People Experience processes, strategy and organization planning
What you'll need:
- Background
- 10+ years in Human Resources or People Experience roles, with progressively more senior roles in professional services, healthcare or technology companies
- People leader for 3+ years
- 2+ years of management consulting experience
- Skills

- Not a Poor Administrator - Has high detail-orientation. Never lets things fall through the cracks. Does not miss key details. Does not forget undocumented commitments. Never has to scramble to pull things together at the last minute, and does not move on without completing the task.
