Requirements
About the role:
As we continue to grow, we need processes that are people-first, enabling our Rokt'stars to reach their potential - and then some. This opportunity will see you reviewing processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and working with the team to recreate these in new and exciting ways. The role will also manage the ongoing operations of these key people processes, along with a team across New York and Sydney.

Outcomes & responsibilities:
- Implement, improve and manage equitable compensation philosophies and programs
- Own and drive analysis of data to identify relationships, trends, and potential business impact; interpret data and articulate opportunities for change initiatives to the Executive team
- In conjunction with the broader People team, design and develop innovative people processes that enhance the employee experience
- Own our HR systems and ensure we are using them efficiently and effectively to drive people processes and administration
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite (docs/spreadsheets/slides) Strong time & project management skills Attention to detail is your super-power

Capabilities & requirements:
- 10-15 years in Human Resources/ People Operations
- Start up experience nice to have
