VP of People
MaestroQA builds software to empower managers to coach customer support teams. Etsy, Mailchimp, Peloton, Zendesk, and more use MaestroQA to coach customer service agents on how to deliver better experiences and analyze customer service conversations to identify insights on what customers love and hate about their brands.
The VP of People will have progressive talent acquisition experience, especially with GTM roles, and the ability to build out the team to own the whole People operations.
This role will report to the CEO and will be one of the most strategic roles in the company – we have a very strong belief that at our stage of the business, nothing matters more than the people we bring in and retain and the people we bring in over the next couple years will have the strongest influence on our culture.

- Build, iterate, scale the Recruiting Engine from scratch
- Build the People Operations team to address every part of the employee life cycle
