Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot HR system problems, test, and work with business partners to solve issues.
• Support HR functions by initiating, processing, and auditing system transactions.
• Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements.
• Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and trade-offs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Support projects to streamline processes, improve efficiency and ensure timely completion.
• Perform regular audits to ensure system data integrity.

About You:

• 3 years of Workday admin/support experience
• Must know WORKDAY with system administration and configuration knowledge (not just user knowledge).
• System support experience of HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll and business processes and their inter-dependencies.
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication, user interaction & interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment.
• Highly independent; can own & drive substantial, complex tracks of work.
• Strong collaborator; can engage with partners and stakeholders across the company.
• Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
