Job Description
As TrialSpark’s first Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will help the People function and the entire HQ team work more efficiently. You will be the first point of contact on a variety of needs and for different audiences, getting exposure to our entire team and our workflows. Over time, your knowledge of our teams and their unique needs will help to inform decisions from everything from our physical space to employee perks and benefits. Key responsibilities:
- Keep things flowing--sign for and organize packages and deliveries, greet visitors and get them situated, handle proactive and reactive supply ordering
- Make our space functional and comfortable-- Order and keep supplies and workspaces stocked and organized, partner with our porter to ensure clean and presentable facilities, triage any issues with building management or vendors as needed
- Welcome our new team members--schedule new hires for their onboarding sessions, setup their desks for their first days, coordinate their building access needs
- Delight our team--help out in the planning and execution of onsite and offsite events and meetings, and help to design and implement programs to improve employee engagement and experience
- Help out as needed--support our Administrative and Talent teams on scheduling, making travel arrangements, or jump in to streamline the candidate experience
