The People team is looking for an extraordinary and outgoing Workplace Experience Manager to run the front desk and office operations in our NYC office as well as support our non-NYC locations. As the Workplace Experience Manager you will be the face of the company for all clients, candidates and visitors. In addition to running the front desk, you will lead all onsite administrative and facilities responsibilities. You should have a great attitude, strong organizational skills, multitask well and thrive on working in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will report to the Senior Manager of Workplace & Facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Run the front reception desk of Namely’s New York City headquarters
  • Ensure guests and employees feel Namely’s unique, human-centric workplace experience
  • Work with leaders across the company to build a best in class workplace experience
  • Own the NYC operations budget, monthly reconciliation and provide quarterly budget reports
  • Order supplies and stock the kitchen; create and manage relationships with appropriate vendors, while being on the lookout for best solutions
  • Assist with organizing office and company-wide events, office perks, and special projects
  • Communicate effectively across the organization about policies, facilities notifications and other workplace initiatives
  • Manage NYC office space planning, move logistics, build outs and expansions by partnering with leaders across the organization and scaling to meet the growth of the business operations
  • Assist other departments at Namely with projects including, but not limited to, facilities, expense reports, IT, security, etc.
  • Own the workplace orientation program including tours for new hires and a weekly orientation session
  • Meet and greet candidates as needed and assist in the onboarding process

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of workplace experience in a fast­-paced, preferably tech, office environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing projects ahead of deadlines
  • Positive, proactive attitude and desire to improve processes and find best solutions
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on timely, friendly communications
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Experience with Mac, Gmail, ticketing systems and MS Office, specifically Excel
