Implementation Associate
Quovo is looking for a highly intelligent, well-poised associate to join our implementations team. You will play an integral role in ensuring the successful integration of Quovo’s products at both world-class enterprises and innovative technology startups. You will help create detailed project implementation plans, work across functions to research and propose thoughtful solutions and help manage client communication as part of a collaborative team dedicated to outstanding client service. Flexibility and the ability to move seamlessly between business development, operations, and development contexts is extremely important to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering, scoping and effort estimation in coordination with Business Development, Operations, and Development teams
- Comprehensive client communications, including implementation team coordination, business sponsor status updates and internal updates
- Execution on deliverables in close partnership with technical teams
- Creation and maintenance of project management documentation and client facing collateral
- Partner with Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to identify account expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or at a high-paced startup
- Recent undergraduate from a top-tier university with proven academic success
- Creative and critical thinker able to understand complex concepts quickly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
- Experience in financial services a plus but not required
