What’s the vibe like in the office?

The office is a great place to be! There is definitely an energetic buzz, and lots of excitement as we see nate growing before our eyes. Everyone is extremely driven and hardworking but the in-office Yoga, Meditation, and Massages keep us feeling "zen" as the week goes by!

What projects are you most excited about?

I am most excited about the upcoming office expansions in both New York and London! To see nate grow so quickly has been amazing and I'm proud to be part of such an incredible team. Designing and building out the new offices has been extremely rewarding and I'm excited to showcase them to the team!

Since joining nate, my career has grown tremendously! Most recently, I've been given the opportunity to manage a globally dispersed team which has been an amazing learning experience. Our culture is centered around 5 core principles. One of my favorites, "disagreeing is healthy", highlights how we encourage differing ideas and perspectives. We've created a diverse team & an environment where everyone feels safe to voice their opinions. This pushes us to constantly challenge the status quo and continuously innovate.
