About the role:
We're seeking an undergraduate intern to provide support to our accounting team We're looking for rising seniors who are strong generalists and embody start-up scrappiness. If you want a lot of responsibility and opportunity to have a front row seat at a successful and fast-paced early stage startup, we'd like to learn more about you!
This is a full time, 10 week, paid internship program based in our New York City HQ.
Responsibilities could include:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and follow through on all matters through resolution.
- Assist accounting team with monthly close and documenting current processes.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program; rising senior in the 2018-19 school year
- Strong computer knowledge, ideally with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Email) and excel
- Ability to wear many hats and take on multiple projects
