The Role

You will join our AI Research team developing the cutting edge deep learning and NLP systems that power AlphaSense AI capabilities. You have a deep understanding of the latest neural network architectures, follow the latest research on deep learning and are driven to apply this knowledge to real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

• Implement highly scalable deep learning models and evaluate them in real-world applications while working closely with research, engineering and product teams
• Lead your project within a new branch of NLP research and leverage the massive amount of data AlphaSense has access to
• Actively follow and contribute to the state-of-the-art research work in the fields of deep learning, machine learning, and NLP

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Ph.D. or Masters degree in science or engineering fields with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Demonstrated experience developing end-to-end NLP models to derive insights from text data using NLP libraries like SpaCy and Gensim
• Prior exposure to and familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras through academic or professional projects 
• Solid Python skills following best practices like unit testing and code documentation, with preferable experience in some lower-level language like Java or C++
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and communication skills
