CLEAR’s Strategic Operations team leverages technical and analytical expertise to measure performance and drive business results to optimize our CLEAR Plus lane experience. Strategic Operations partners with Finance, Business Development, and Product to create a frictionless and efficient member experience. CLEAR is looking for an Aviation Affairs intern to help standardize internal documentation and develop tracking tools for external aviation relationships. The ideal candidate can blend experience with business development and customer relationship management with attention to detail and data integrity.
You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree and graduating anytime between December 2023 - Spring 2024.
What You Will Do:
- Help design and build a customer relationship management ecosystem to track engagements with key airport and airline stakeholders
- Partner with the Data and Aviation teams to create a one-stop-shop for tracking and monitoring relationships and business opportunities
- Get hands on experience in Salesforce and exposure to CLEAR’s business structure across airport partners
- Assist in pulling together data for external stakeholder presentations and meetings
- Build relationships across a variety of cross-functional teams such as Airport Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Member Insights, Member Care, and Marketing

- Comfort working in a fast paced environment, and willingness to assist beyond your normal day-to-day responsibilities

The base salary range for this role is $25/hr, depending on levels of skills and experience.
