We’re looking for a full-time, year-long intern to help us grow Bizzabo’s brand and build our ambassador community. As the Brand & Comm intern, you will have the opportunity to own and lead multiple projects that will serve to increase our external visibility and showcase Bizzabo as a thought-leader within the industry. You will also get to work alongside talented leaders in the marketing industry—from lead generation and operations to product and content marketing— that have helped Bizzabo grow from the ground up from the very beginning.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about branding and is excited to come help us scale as we move up-market. The ideal candidate must have excellent project management skills and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Help with developing the Brand Guide as the brand evolves and the company grows
• Work with the team to optimize trade show strategy- assist with all activities pre- and post-event, track and analyze event ROI, and make recommendations for future events
• Help conceive, develop, and successfully carry out brand activations and events that support Bizzabo’s revenue, recruitment, or brand goals
• Work with the team closely to help with recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding campaigns
• Work with the team and our PR firm to continuously position Bizzabo as the thought leader in the industry

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work cross-functionally across different teams
• Analytical and quick learner
• Positive attitude
• Available 5 days a week to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with events is a plus
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
