Brandshop at Group Nine Media is looking for a Branded Content Production Intern to help with prep and production for video shoots. This intern will help producers with research in the development and pre-production process, including finding locations, locating props, and coordinating with lower-level tasks. The intern will come to local shoots to help in a production assistant capacity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gear/Equipment runs
  • Helping with craft services and production scheduling
  • Coordinating shoot logistics (e.g. transportation, location scouting etc.)
  • Support production teams on set of shoots
  • Help track production budgets and costs
  • Assist in gear checkouts, prop purchases, and operations tasks to support the Brandshop team

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
  • Must be a rising junior, senior or recent graduate
  • Experience with video, especially video optimized for social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter)
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to multitask and manage several different projects at one time
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and implement solutions in production
  • Daily positive vibes is a MUST
  • A passion for the content we cover and familiarity with our brands
  • Passion, knowledge or experience in the digital media industry
