We are searching for an undergraduate business intern to work with our leadership team to help shape our business growth drivers. The Business Operations Intern will be an integral part of the Operations team. You’ll work on projects that are strategically important to the company and support the company’s hyper-growth and you’ll get to work with different units within the company.

Responsibilities

• Help Bizzabo identify new potential customers and segments
• Lead a project/s fields end-to-end, including data gathering, analysis, and implementation:
• Quantitatively identify and analyze optimization areas across the organization
• Build an exhaustive plan of optimizing the identified area, including step-by-step details and success criteria
• Execute the project flawlessly by working with relevant stakeholders 
• Work collaboratively with different units across the organization, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
• Flexible work schedule with a minimum of 20-30 working hours per week
• Master key systems of record (e.g. Salesforce) to efficiently analyze data and support project planning
