- Learn skills related to graphic design in an in-house creative studio environment including elements for print and digital design—marketing collateral, packaging, signage, PR initiatives, emails, digital banners, branding guidelines, etc.—that elevate and support Coach and Tapestry.
- Work with art directors on designing impactful layouts for print (marketing collateral, packaging, signage, PR initiatives, etc.) and digital (emails, digital banners, etc.), as well as branding guidelines.
- Increase experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to create files, layouts, and type.
- Pull competitive swipe and inspiration related to specific projects.
- Partner with art directors on print and digital production, seeing projects from concept to completion.
- Learn about the Coach Codes and how these iconic design elements are grounded in our heritage.
- Learn to work with and support a design team, and share creative ideas with the team.

- Graphic design skills and basic understanding of layout, typography, brand identity, and web design.
- Experience working in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
