How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

• A once-in-a-career opportunity to be privy to the building of a Communications function within a rapidly-growing start up.
• Assist in media targeting, campaign proposals and contribute to internal brainstorming that pushes Ribbon’s narratives forward -- while advocating for improvements across the  industry.
• Shadow and partner with the Communications Director, and broader Communications team to share Ribbon’s story with press, as the partner-of-choice for agents / buyers.
• Gain experience - cross-functionally - on projects that not only promote Ribbon’s products, but allow the candidate to promote 360* campaigns with internal partners that make a difference in the lives of everyday homebuyers.

What we're looking for:

• If attending college or university, you are graduating between May 2022 and May 2024
• Interest and passion for Ribbon’s mission

Our interview process consists of meetings with members of the Communications team as well as a meeting with the Marketing team, key partners in ensuring the success and promotion of Communications wins.
