Creative Strategy Intern

We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Intern to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Creative Strategy team, you will support the Creative Strategy Lead. Working from our New York office, you’ll collaborate with the US Creative Strategy Team to support exciting new marketing campaigns that you can see and experience in the real world.
What you’ll do:
Assist the Creative Strategy team to achieve business goals associated with the corporate and brand strategy
Actively participate in the ideation phase of campaign creative brainstorming and be a fully integrated member of the Creative Strategy team
Distill ideas and learnings into concise, clear messaging
Partner with internal and external design and production teams to develop creative campaign assets fit for launch on Snapchat
Provide support to the Sales Team during creative campaign executions, sharing best practices, and tracking performance and learnings of creative assets
Participate and own projects pertaining to:
Development of creative presentations for key brand partners
Sourcing best in class creative by ad formats and verticals
Creative analysis reporting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passion for visual marketing/advertising, pop culture, design, and branding.
Superior communication skills and ability to work in teams with maximum efficiency.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
Proficiency in Presentation Building (Keynote, Powerpoint, etc)
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program (in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Media)
Preferred Qualifications:
Avid user (or detailed understanding) of Snapchat
Prior related tech, marketing/creative, or design internship work experience preferred
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical skills
Eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Passion to learn how to build brands via Creative Strategy
Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
