Customer Experience Intern
DESCRIPTION
Away is seeking a paid part-time intern to join our Customer Experience team and begin immediately. The ideal candidate is a rock-star with a positive attitude who has an interest in providing best in class customer care, learning the ins and outs of the CX department by processing returns and exchanges and supporting daily tasks for customers and the team, and living in the fast paced world of email response time - basically all things CX! This role is based in our HQ in Noho, NYC.
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll do:
Support the CX team with daily tasks and to-dos
Expedite returns and exchanges by processing within 24 hours of receipt
Answer simple questions from customers quickly and with a positive attitude
Go above and beyond to help the Customer Experience team in various tasks
Who you are:
- Enrolled in a 4 year college or university
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Passionate about helping people
Eager to learn every detail of providing the best CX in the world
Positive, “no task too small,” attitude
Excited to learn and take on new and varied responsibilities
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
