About the Internship
As a VTS Design Intern, Brand & Marketing, you will have a unique opportunity to assist in the department’s scaling of its multi-media creative deliverables, level up VTS’ cross-functional look, tone & feel, and make the VTS brand a best-in-class global presence. Although the team sits within Marketing and primarily leads top-of-funnel initiatives for both the B2C & B2B sides of the house, your work will also touch almost every area of the company, including Product, Sales, Client Advisory & Implementation, Internal Communications, as well as across every product offering that VTS has developed for its clients.
The VTS Summer Intern Program is from June 7th through August 13th, 40 hours a week with a competitive compensation rate. Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, this internship program will likely be a hybrid of in-person and remote. The program consists of hands-on learning, opportunities to create work with teams that are revolutionizing an industry, and the chance to have some fun throughout the summer!
What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Hands-on graphic design visible to the top execs at VTS (many of whom have a keen interest in the brand, its aesthetic, and how it shapes itself as it grows), as well as to national and global players in the CRE and Technology industries
- Development and planning for brand photo and video shoots, including shot lists, runs of day, storyboards, and vendor / client communications
- A first-hand look into national and global creative expansion, building out assets for new markets that resonate with potential VTS clients
- Cross-functional collaboration within Marketing (Content, PR, Digital, Social, and more), as well as with other VTS departments including Sales, Product, etc.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc)
- Curiosity to learn from any new things you’re doing and the people around you
- Prior experience in real estate or technology isn’t necessary, but a passion for good branding and the desire to put out good work is
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude!
- Any light video editing experience or motion skills a plus
