What you need to know:
- This spring, our 12 week semester will be held from January 27th-April 17th 2020.
- Our internships are paid opportunities. Credit is not required; however, we will provide documentation if necessary.
- The application deadline is November 15th. After this date, we cannot guarantee your application will be reviewed for the position.
- We do not require a cover letter. Please demonstrate your passion for the position through your resume.
Interviewing will take place from September through December. A Discovery Intern team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
The Digital Brand Creative team develops the look of Food Network. From the development of show packaging to ads in the Food Network Magazine, the creative assets developed by our team are seen by many around the world. The high energy and fun fast pace environment makes everyday new and exciting. Ultimately keeping viewers in engaged and excited to view and be a part of the culinary experience.
As a Product Design Intern, your adventure could lead you to work on projects and tasks such as:
• Assist in design efforts of various projects including recipe cards and graphics for Food Network's digital platforms
• Explore logos and design key art and graphics for priority shows
* Must be currently enrolled as a student (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for an internship)
* Must be a current Junior, Senior, or Graduate student
* Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
* Some knowledge of After Effects
Please note this position is located in NEW YORK CITY. If selected for an opportunity, interns are responsible for securing their own housing.
