We're looking for an intern to join our Marketplace team focusing on Deal Exits on a paid part-time basis for 15 hours per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the distribution of stock and cash to investors, working cross-functionally with the Sales, Research, Legal and Compliance teams to drive timely distributions
• Act as the liaison between EquityZen and the Venture Team at Morgan Stanley
• Communicate directly with investors to coordinate distribution information and collect bank account information
• Identify process improvement opportunities with our Technology and Product teams to automate and optimize our platform and processes
• Contribute to Marketplace projects on an ad hoc basis
  

THE RIGHT STUFF

• Should be on track to receive a degree in Spring 2020 through Spring 2021 or a recent graduate looking to start their career 
• Desire to learn about the exit process after an IPO or M&A event
• Experience coordinating a process through interactions with internal teams and third parties
• Exceptional communicator, both internally and with clients
• Works hard and smart with attention to detail; does not sacrifice quality for speed
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
