Fall Customer Success Intern

| Greater NYC Area

From neighborhood restaurants to international, multi-concept hospitality groups, SevenRooms empowers operators to create and cultivate a direct relationship with guests to enable exceptional experiences. About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern to help support our Customer Success team, and ultimately our hospitality operators. 

You’re a detail-oriented person who is eager to learn more about the tech industry and the hospitality space. You are willing to do whatever it takes to help move the team along and help everyone get to their goals. This is a part-time position and will report to the Customer Support Manager. We are looking for an individual to be available for 15-25 hours during the work week, but are flexible on what days you are here. Immediate start through Feb/March 2019.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the onboarding experience for our partnership programs by working with restaurants to create content for their SevenRooms profiles
  • Researching venues for target lists 
  • Help provide support to our clients and venues
  • Work with team on data analysis and client reporting

Who You Are

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple questions and requests at once, practicing excellent follow through techniques 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Highly-collaborative, positive, go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
