Global Brand Strategy Intern

We’re looking for a summer intern to join Team Snap! Partnering closely with a wide-array of internal teams, you will assist in developing Snapchat experiences and activations at key industry events. Working from our New York office, you’ll work alongside colleagues throughout the company to bring to life their individual goals in unique and imaginative ways.The ideal candidate takes initiative and is ambitious, organized, creative and passionate about experiential events.
What you’ll do:
Support the Global Brand Strategy team via unique experiences on campus and at external-facing events
Partner closely with the Business Solutions, Marketing Design, and Partnerships teams to assist with logistics and overall vision for client events
Ideate and propose on-brand experiences to integrate into events of varied scale
Conduct research to help impact upcoming events and activations
Maintain existing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and venues
Participate in team meetings and ongoing discussions to aide in the planning of upcoming events
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Analytical and creative mindset
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Superb communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in industry trends
Google Applications, Apple Applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college
Must have prior event planning internship experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Positive, 'can do' attitude; no task is too big or too small
