INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS...

  • Internship will last approximately 10 weeks.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
  • At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.


JOB OVERVIEW...
The Human Resources Intern will assist with the coordination and execution of various tasks and processes within the HR Department. This internship requires strong communication skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to work well under pressure while driving results.
Projects to include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist the Learning & Development team with training initiatives
  • Assist the HR Business Partner/Employee Relations team
  • Streamline PeopleSoft Reports and assist in processing and analyzing HR report

REQUIREMENTS...

  • Strong efficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational capability
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstration of creative problem solving and ability to take initiative to investigate issues and make sound judgments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize assignments from multiple customers while providing exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable working in constantly changing environment while meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility to work with changing priorities and adapt to new processes
  • Ability to work effectively and act professionally with all staff levels
  • Ability to work with minimal/moderate supervision.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $25.00+. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
