Human Resources Intern
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Our Human Resources team supports the R&D, product, sales, finance, and marketing functions that keep IAS going!
As a Human Resources Intern, you play an integral part of the employee experience by building and supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detail-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment. You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.

What you’ll do:
- Employee Engagement Survey
- Participate in the launch of Employee Engagement surveys
- Assist in the analysis and distribution of engagement survey results
- Play a role in the creation of our employee life cycle
- Assist with new hire orientation and other department on-boarding programs
- Inclusion & Diversity
- Work with the HR team and multiple stakeholders across the network to produce deliverables that will have a positive impact on the experience of our employees
- Assist with Inclusion & Diversity initiatives across the company
- HR Operations
- Learn & support our HR processes from Hire to Retire
- Assist in the launch of Compliance Training (Preventing Harassment)
- Maintain records of employee-related data
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects/reporting
Who you are and what you have:
- Be a rising college junior or senior (0-6 months of experience including other internships)
- Passion for training and improving/building the employee experience
- Interest in starting/launching/developing a career in Human Resources
- Attentive to details, holds self accountable for deliverables
- High energy level and a “can do” attitude
- Metrics and results-driven
What puts you over the top:
- Experienced in building and creating presentations and/or trainings
- Driven to complete projects above and beyond expectations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Google Suite Products, Survey platforms (preferably CultureAmp)
- Knowledge of learning management systems
