Intern – Junior Staff Accountant (Temp to Perm)
As the Intern, you will support the Finance side of Namely’s business. You will be responsible for the accounting associated with Namely Employee Benefits (our brokerage business) and assist with Cash Applications, along with other general accounting projects.
This is a part-time (24 hours/week), 6-month internship with a possibility of transitioning to a full-time role at the end of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and record Brokerage Cash Receipts
- Follow up with carriers to confirm our account status
- Support daily cash applications within Zuora (Billing/AR System)
- Maintain Client Filing Fees Reconciliation
- Other tasks as requested
Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, must maintain sense of due dates on deliverables
