Position Summary
Prove is looking for a law student intern for a short term (projected 6-8 weeks but may be longer) document analysis assignment.
What You Are Accountable For
- Review/analysis of commercial contracts.
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
What We Require
- Current law student in a graduate-level degree program leading to a Juris Doctor degree.
- Experience in intellectual property, privacy, and data rights
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR
