Legal Summer Intern - Part Time at OpenFin
OpenFin is building the operating platform for the world’s largest financial institutions. As our reach spreads throughout the industry, our product suite continues to grow to meet our customers’ business and technical needs.
OpenFin is seeking a law student or recent law graduate who has experience in software licensing, intellectual property and commercial agreements to assist on a customer contract analysis project. Our small legal team consists of a General Counsel -- you’ll report directly to her and assist her in completing the contract review project.
We’re looking for someone to join as soon as possible. The project that will make up the bulk of this internship is estimated to take 6 weeks to complete. This is a part time remote role (24 hrs/week) but we’re overall flexible on how you allocate those hours. The role is paid.
We’re looking for colleagues who:
- Are a rising 3L or recent graduate from law school (US law schools preferred)
- Have an interest in software licensing and intellectual property law
- Have some experience reviewing or analyzing software license agreements
You must have work authorization in the United States for this role.
