An intern on our team is expected to participate in as many real-life Marketing and Demand Generation responsibilities as possible, absorbing the information and context around you, volunteering to try new tasks, and receiving feedback humbly and eagerly.

At the end of your internship you’ll know you were successful if you achieved the following…

• You’re familiar with the full Marketing funnel, with emphasis on analyzing data around top lead sources, marketing campaign effectiveness, and marketing revenue influence modeling.
• You’ve gained a solid understanding of Marketing Automation tactics and working comfortability using Marketo and Salesforce to build and execute email programs and landing pages for newsletters, events, webinars, and more.
• You’ve identified opportunities to “fill in the gaps” on our marketing campaign performance via metrics like: Email Open Rates, Email Engagement Rates, Event Registration, and Attendance Rates
• You’ve learned how to manage a weekly email communications calendar across multiple verticals and audience segments. You’re now proficient with process management, deliverable timelines, execution on multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication with stakeholders. 
• You have a working knowledge of the importance of the Marketing tech stack, data cleanliness, and how data flows throughout the system
• Can comfortably manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

A background like this helps:

• Coursework in Marketing, Management or related technical field
• A good foundation for producing concise and compelling content and communicating that effectively across the team
• Prior experience managing multiple high-priority projects and maintaining an orderly and organized approach
• An interest in cryptocurrency or B2B SaaS Marketing
• A “team-player” attitude where no task is too small or too tedious if it advances the team’s strategic initiatives 
• A growth-mindset lending you to enjoy learning new things, take on new challenges, and be accountable for moving projects forward.
