MBA - Advertising Solutions Intern, Emerging Verticals
Within our Advertising Solutions organization, the Emerging sales team focuses on challenger brands, disruptive business models and high-growth, high opportunity performance advertisers, ranging from some of Snap’s largest customers to early-stage startups.
The Emerging sales team is seeking an intern for a 10-week period over Summer 2019. Through the internship you will have a demonstrable impact on our ad sales business and gain a thorough understanding of the digital media ecosystem. You will help us better understand business opportunity through research, strategy development, campaign analysis, and development of proposals and marketing materials.
What you’ll do:
Conduct research, analyze data and develop go-to-market plans to increase Snap’s coverage of diverse industry verticals
Craft customized sales strategies, proposals and client facing presentations
Build and analyze post-advertising campaign reports
Curate, update and organize sales resources from across the company to ensure they are refreshed and accessible
Help prepare for and manage industry events
Take on projects related to our product, marketing or business support functions to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction and success
Minimum qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an MBA program
Preferred qualifications:
Exemplary verbal communications and writing skills
Knowledge about and passion for digital marketing and technology
Experience in media partnerships, market research, investment banking, strategy, consulting and/or digital media a plus
Self-starter capable of tackling problems with ambiguous answers and communicating findings in a persuasive manner
Experience with Salesforce and Looker a plus, but not required
