MBA Global Partnerships Intern
We’re looking for a Global Partnerships Intern to join Team Snapchat! The Global Partnerships team is seeking an intern for a 10-week period over Summer 2019. This hire will make a demonstrable impact and gain a thorough understanding of the partnerships ecosystem. This hire will play an important role in helping Snapchat sign new partners and grow existing ones with the end goal of driving revenue for the company.
This internship will provide learning and networking opportunities related to several cross-functional aspects of Snapchat including product, sales, finance, strategy, and international expansion. There will be several key projects but also freedom to explore areas of interest.
What you’ll do:
Aid in building out Snap’s partner onboarding programs in a scalable and resourceful manner
Be an advocate for partners internally to drive enablement and competency. Seek to educate individuals at partner firms to the same degree that we do our own employees
Analyze the potential of new markets and make recommendations to inform a media sales expansion roadmap
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on how partners and Snapchat sales teams interact
Evaluate the performance of partners to inform Snap decision-making related to contracts
Collect feedback from partners related to their experience with Snap and deliver results with accompanying recommendations to the Global Partnerships team
Minimum qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an MBA program
Experience in media partnerships, market research, investment banking, strategy, consulting, digital media, SMB growth, or international business a plus
Preferred qualifications:
Self-starter capable of tackling problems with ambiguous answers and communicating findings in a persuasive manner
Passionate about how Snap can creatively partner with third party firms for mutual benefit
Experience with Salesforce and Looker a plus, but not required
