About the Role

The Mobile Product intern will work closely with the mobile product manager to find ways to improve the Citi Bike app, increase downloads, and grow monthly users. In this role, you will:

- Create and optimize strategies to increase app usage

- Oversee an app feature from conception through execution to launch

- Help manage complex features by monitoring and analyzing utilization and performance

- Conduct user research to collect insights about how best to improve the app

- Analyze data collected and provide feedback to help shape the roadmap

- Ride a Citi Bike around NYC using the app to gain user-empathy and insight to new features being released

About You

• You are a Junior or Senior excited about whatever you are studying
• You are curious about the products you use daily and frequently think about ways they could be improved
• You are quick to learn how to use new platforms and software tools
• You always have a hypothesis of your own, but know that most of the best product ideas come from those using and working with the product every day
• You over-communicate in documents and in person, with numbers, pictures, and words
• You work independently and can project manage the initiatives you take on
• You are self motivated, hard working and love a good challenge
