Role Mission: 

The People Operations Intern is a tech savvy, organized, quick-learner and quick-thinker who is team-focused and analytical.  The People Operations Intern is a critical member of the People Operations team responsible for partnering with the People team and Management to keep projects on-task and on-time.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: 
• Post roles and set up Hiring Templates in Greenhouse
• Schedule interviews with candidates and liaise with agencies

• People Operations:
• Manage People Operations processes, including tracking purchasing, into Notion
• Manage office ops contracts as well as maintaining the office as a clean, organized, and safe place to work 
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents. 
• Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings.
• Schedules interviews, orientations, or training sessions. 
• Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to come into the New York City Office 3-4 days a week.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of human resources.
• Oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and Interpersonal skills and details oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
• Experienced in confidential information administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Google Suite, Slack - knowledge of Notion or similar project management tool a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
