- Generate hypotheses and work with team members to validate product and design decisions, using both qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Participate in design critiques with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on and refine solutions
- Learn new design techniques and ultimately gain an understanding of designing in a healthcare environment
Requirements:

- You have a passion for designing solutions that have the potential to truly impact cancer care delivery
- You are able to concisely explain design problems and the rationale behind your proposed solutions
- You are a quick learner and are excited to pick up new design techniques
- You are familiar with user-centered design practices and how best to apply them
- You have familiarity with user research techniques
Bonus points:
- Experience working with design software (e.g. Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision)
- Technical skills around HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
