The Role

As a Recruiting intern, you will support our People team mainly with focus on recruiting activities such as sourcing, resume screening, scheduling and coordinating the interviews as well as collaborating with almost every department at the organization and helping us to streamline the interview process. You will thrive in this role if you are a strong communicator who is detail oriented and not shy asking questions. This is a great internship for someone who is ready to learn the ropes of the recruiting in a fast-paced environment and jump-start their career in recruiting.

Main responsibilities you will help us with:

  • Help sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Assist screening resumes for various roles
  • Schedule the phone calls and zoom interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Follow up with the interviewers to collect their feedback 
  • Communicate with the candidates and update them on the interview progress
  • Update all job descriptions as needed and organize them into one place 
  • Post jobs/monitor job posts across all job boards and repost/renew as needed
  • Research potential websites to post the jobs
  • Keep Ceros team aware of the newly posted jobs
  • Help to maintain data integrity in Greenhouse ATS and other systems
  • Schedule internal meetings with hiring managers as needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Location

Ceros employees live and work all over the world, but our HQ is in New York and we’ve got offices in London and Prague.
