At ActionIQ we are building the most scalable Customer Data Platform (CDP) in the market. What in the world is a CDP? A CDP is a platform that enables employees across your organization, from marketing to product to analytics, to more deeply understand their customers in order to build and deliver better experiences across a wide array of channels (mobile, email, web, etc).
The Sales Development team at ActionIQ plays a critical role in driving the growth targets for the company. We educate prospects and customers on the opportunity and value a CDP can bring to their organization and why ActionIQ exists with our very unique approach to solving their business challenges. With the complexity of tasks the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) face, your support will help us reach more prospects with more thoughtful and specific messaging.
As a Sales Development intern, you'll contribute to critical sales activities, which may include:
- Conducting research on target accounts for the sales team to engage in personalized outreach
- Identifying target contacts through LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the sales team
- Writing email templates and call scripts to be used by the SDRs
- Auditing contact records to ensure prospect contact information is up to date
- Analyzing the best performing strategies to scale across the sales team
When you join us as an intern all we expect is an open mind and the excitement to learn and grow. Over the course of the summer we want to help you grow your skill set while also giving you a chance to have an impact on our product and clients -- and it doesn't hurt to have some fun while doing it.
You'll work out of our beautiful new office on Madison Square Park, where we have catered lunch twice per week, a stocked fridge, cold brew on tap, and an endless supply of snacks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with planned graduation of December 2022 or May 2023
- Experience with Mac and GSuite is a plus
- Interest in learning about careers in sales or operations
- Previous internship experience at a tech company or personal projects to further learning outside of class are a plus
- Strong communication skills

- Self motivated and ability to work on your own initiative
