We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager, an operations and scale expert to help us rapidly expand internationally. This role focuses on managing and scaling operations for our International Food Platform. Our food platform is a cornerstone feature in Noom’s Healthy Weight product, allowing users to track, analyze and improve upon their food choices. As we expand into new markets, we need to localize the platform to account for new customer behavior, additional food products, new languages, etc. This is where you come in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Become an expert in the health and quality of Noom’s food product and operations
• Manage the scaling of our international food database from 150k to >1M items; build and manage a team to oversee food database expansion and quality management
• Seamlessly move between the lowest level of transactional and qualitative data to high-level insights and trends; Summarize both to improve strategy, build, and analyze results
• Determine staffing needs to meet SLAs and manage ongoing team operations
• Define the best tools and approaches (vendors, freelancers, in-house) for expanding and maintaining food data. Manage these teams, relationships and workflows.
• Drive reporting and forecasting to support data and product improvements
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scale and localize the food platform for international use cases.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience overall in operations, product operations, or program management related roles
• 2+ years in a project/program manager role at a technology- or digital-focused company
• Team and operations management experience, either internally or shared service outsourcing
• Analytically inclined - with the ability to define what metrics should be used to measure and improve an operation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work internally across content and technical teams as well as externally with vendors
• Experience effectively prioritizing many inputs and demands
• Comfort working with SQL, familiarity with R or Python a plus
