Social Media Intern - Moderator

In this role, you will:
- Monitor and respond to our community on all channels (mainly Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) with timely, customized support
- Track trends in our community, i.e. product or content feedback, feature requests, etc.
- Report weekly to Engagement Specialist with key takeaways from moderation
- Stay in-the-know on product updates and messaging
You should be someone who:
- Actively uses social media in your personal time and has familiarity with how Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are used.
- Has strong, flexible writing skills and cares about the details, particularly when adapting your writing to a brand voice
- Has customer service experience; technical troubleshooting experience is a bonus
- Organizes or attends Meetups and/or actively participates in some other community activity
- Have flexibility with working hours and be willing to work 4 - 6 hours on the weekend.
