We’re looking for an entrepreneurial minded, high-energy college student to join our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. Responsibilities
Customer Success Intern
- Aid Customer Success Managers to insure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent, “above and beyond” service
- Support our Customer Success Managers by executing various internal and client facing tasks
- Help on-boarding and product utilization for new and existing clients
- Create both client facing and internal one-pagers and help documents
- Communicate effectively with our creators
