We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern who is passionate about operations and hospitality to join our team. You must be a hands-on, results-oriented person and excited about the idea of what we’re building at Domio. You care deeply about the smallest details because you understand that’s a big part of hospitality - the little things matter!

At Domio You Will:

• Monitor the performance of Domio’s supply chain by gathering data and building dashboards
• Create a supply and demand calendar to determine buying needs
• Daily communication with our warehouse and shipping partners to coordinate receipt and delivery of goods
• Use ERP / BI tools to create reports on inventory assets
• Assist other departments with shipping related questions, and coordinating shipments
• Consolidate project data into single source of truth
• Spend analytics
• RFP support and bid analysis
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must be a team player
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
• Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
• Must be self-driven and motivated
• Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Exceptional with details and follow up
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
• Ideal candidate possess strong analytical skills, with high Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets proficiency being a big plus
• Logistics and Supply Chain coursework is also a plus
