The quality assurance team is entrusted with being our last bastion of scrutiny before we release our products to the general public. Their discerning eyes, prophetic foresight, and attention to detail helps to ensure we release amazing software.

We’re looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist us in delivering industry-disrupting software to finance. You’ll help validate specifications, test new features, work very closely with the team and write automated tests to ensure long-term product quality.

Intern Program Dates: May 24 - Aug 13, 2021

Role Overview 

  • Involved throughout the development lifecycle with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment with emphasis on development and implementation of test automation. 
  • Work closely with the manual testing team as well as the test automation team within Quality Engineering to assist in developing test automation. This test automation will test the product application code before it is released to production. In essence you will be writing software to test software.
  • You will learn and experience all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a real life environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our Development and QE teams.
  • Help to the continued development of the Master Regression Test Automation suite within the defined framework. Goal is to automate a large portion of existing regression tests in a short time. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Working towards a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline or an equivalent amount of real-life experience
  • Experience with Python required
