Video Marketing Production Intern
Vibrant storytellers and Chainalysis evangelists, our Marketing team leverages cutting edge research, real customer success stories, and the infinite possibilities in between to drive expansion around the world. We’re the connectors and facilitators for key players in the cryptocurrency industry.
The video marketing intern will help us expand our storytelling efforts into a scripted video. We regularly publish material we believe will be of interest to our audience in cryptocurrency, government, and finance, mostly drawing on our proprietary blockchain data and research, as well as commenting on regulatory news, market trends, and other news stories relevant to the industry. So far, most of this content has been delivered in written and live webinar formats. We believe video is the next medium for us to reach and delight our desired audiences. The video marketing intern will help us achieve this by taking ownership of video production for our marketing team, creating short videos on our research, products, and company. The ideal candidate for this role is a storyteller proficient in video shooting and editing. An added bonus would be experience with or interest in cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, fintech, and/or SaaS products.
At the end of the internship, you’ll know you’ve been successful if you’ve:
- Produced roughly 2-3 videos per month for publication on our website and/or social media channels covering a mix of our research and product capabilities
- Helped us test video as a marketing channel and determine what kind of video content brings us engagement with relevant prospects and customers
- Learned the ins and outs of cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, fintech
A background like this helps:
- You have experience with video shooting, editing, and animation
- You have experience writing and/or editing video scripts
- You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent tools for video editing.
- You have a portfolio of video projects — these don’t need to be related to business, marketing, or research, though that would be a bonus.
- You have a strong interest in getting immersed in the worlds of cryptocurrency, fintech, and cybersecurity
- You’re a self-starter who’s excited to translate complex cryptocurrency research and data into incisive, digestible short-form video
- Good to have but not necessary: You have experience producing video for marketing purposes
- Good to have but not necessary:You have experience producing video with a heavy focus on data and research
- Good to have but no necessary: You have experience with cryptocurrency, fintech, cybersecurity, or SaaS
