About You:

We are looking for an exceptional Product Operations Intern to join our team and help build the next generation of financial products. A successful candidate is a resourceful, a team player and an innovative, data-driven problem solver. You will be an integral member of the Product Team, where you aren’t hesitant to roll up your sleeves to assist in day to day projects that drive our products to next level of scale.

Candidates must be able to work in NYC during the Winter semester

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyze data to develop recommendations and solutions for both external facing products and our internal operations.
  • Manage documentation and maintain the details of multiple complex projects without losing focus of the big picture.
  • Own day to day processes in order to maintain accurate financial advice on our site across verticals such as Tax, Banking and Credit Cards.
  • Step in to various different responsibilities to assist our business in scaling to the next level.

Required Skills And Experience: 

  • Must have strong academic performance (3.5 GPA or higher, or equivalent), and relevant technical coursework from a reputable undergraduate or graduate program to be considered
  • You are an exceptional communicator. You can explain complex concepts in simple terms and know how to build consensus around ideas.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to dig deep into complex data sets.
  • You are a problem solver. You know how to identify the right sources of information, and leverage data to make informed decisions around complex problems.
  • You have a strong understanding of math and financial services. You have an interest in investing and personal finance.
