As the IT Specialist, you will be the primary IT point of contact for NY office, acting as a one-person IT operation responsible for all on-site technology needs. You will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide hands-on support to employees, and maintain a reliable and secure technical environment.

In this role, you will also support LATAM remote employees and collaborate closely with the global IT team to align local activities with company-wide standards, initiatives, and infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for a proactive, resourceful, and technically skilled professional who enjoys working independently.

• Support aspects of the office IT infrastructure, including implementations, and end-user interaction
• Provide support for SaaS environments, including G-Suite and Okta
• Follow standard IT procedures, log all IT interactions, and administer ticketing system
• Facilitate processes of onboarding and off-boarding employees from an IT perspective.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1-2 office network and connection issues
• Keep the IT-related inventory up-to-date
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and audio/visual setups, including company events.

• At least 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role - a must 
• Experience handling IT tasks and problem-solving skills across macOS, and SaaS environments (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, etc.) - a must 
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching, with hands-on experience in Meraki and/or Palo Alto environments - a must
• Excellent customer service and people skills with a willingness to learn - a must 
• Experience with Kandji or Jamf - an advantage
• Experience with Okta or other SSO platforms - an advantage
• Experience supporting Networking and VPN - an advantage
• Experience with ServiceNow - an advantage
• Experience with Zoom Rooms - an advantage
• This position requires a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the office

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
