Digital Marketing Manager

Location:  This is a remote eligible position; must reside in the US
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year with annual bonus of up to 5%
At Pharos, we help enterprises transform their print and document infrastructure with cloud-based SaaS solutions. Our mission is to simplify operations, deliver measurable value, and create seamless customer experiences. We move fast, think big, and expect every team member to operate with urgency, creativity, and accountability.
The Role: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing operations, analytics, and execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own our digital presence end-to-end — from the website, SEO/AEO, and content distribution to HubSpot workflows and performance reporting.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a central role in shaping how prospects discover, engage with, and convert through our digital channels.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the company website (WordPress), including new page creation, UX improvements, technical performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead SEO/AEO strategy and execution, including keyword planning, content optimization, and link building.
  • Drive the digital journey across channels (web, email, content distribution, review sites, communities, YouTube, etc.) to maximize awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Own the demand generation calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, webinars, content promotion, and lead routing.
  • Own metrics and reporting across digital channels, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with content, sales, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Stay current on AI and digital marketing trends, experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies to enhance demand generation strategies and keep Pharos at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, ideally in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices, with a track record of improving organic performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into action.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • A collaborative communicator who works well across teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 base, plus eligibility for the company bonus pool.
  • Benefits: A generous benefits package including comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Flexibility: A remote-first environment where we value and encourage connection, including opportunities each year to collaborate with your team in person.
  • Growth: The chance to build a meaningful portfolio of work in SaaS marketing, supported by mentorship and real ownership.
  • Impact: Join a company that helps global enterprises make their print environments more secure and sustainable.
Join Us: At Pharos, your contributions will not only drive our success but also continue to solidify our status as a leader in the industry. If you are driven by innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply. Shape the future of our products and help maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: Pharos is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
