About the role

We are seeking a Lead/Project Manager to join our dynamic SKU Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in product development, project management, and lifecycle management. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SKU Time Plan, from Commercial Asset, C&A, G&P until SKU DPAP, to meet business objectives

  • Create and maintain SKU Time Plans, from Commercial Asset, C&A, G&P until SKU DPAP.

  • Identify  Risk/Issue/Opportunity (R/I/O)  for his/her responsible SKUs, and work with the team to develop solutions and use the established forums to request for help if needed.

  • Monitor and report project progress by participating in team meetings to track tasks and deliverables.

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Experienced in coordinating teams for commitments of project activities to meet targeted timelines.

  • Experienced in presenting project status and project risk/issue/opportunity in written reports and in meetings to drive project progress

  • Experienced in project management tools for schedulings/timeplans and reporting.

  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with external stakeholders

  • Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
