  • Provide support and advice on vendor RFPs and IT application reviews.
  • Support the department’s ability to scale globally by implementing new processes and technology platforms, including a complex contracts management system.
  • Work closely with business development and client service terms to respond to day to day client needs.
  • Distill and communicate complex legal concepts in layman’s terms.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 4-6 years of experience working in an internationally/nationally-recognized law firm or in-house legal department (a mix of law firm and in-house experience is preferred).
  • Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements.
  • Admitted to practice in New York or California or the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York or California.
