About the Role:

Not all heroes wear capes. Be a part of our business-oriented, fast paced, quick thinking Legal & Compliance team whose primary goal is to make our Clients happy by getting things done while protecting the company. As our Contracts Administrator you’ll be the primary contact for all sales contracts including Order Forms, Terms and Conditions, amendments, NDAs and other relevant contractual documents. You’ll touch all parts of the organization by assisting in managing contract lifecycles, from inception to termination and any subsequent post-contract obligations to ensure all agreements comply with Namely policy. You’ll also own any potential issues that may arise in the contracts lifecycle and proactively communicate and work with your team, appropriate stakeholders and departments for resolution. There’ll be highs, there’ll be lows (part of Being Human) but if you love cookies, sharing what you learn with others and win at Slack translation, we’d love to have you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all aspects of contract preparation and management, including routing for electronic signature
  • Drafts, reviews and processes agreements with accuracy
  • Communicates with internal customers such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other internal departments on contract issues as they arise
  • Maintains and tracks deadlines on deliverables, contract durations, renewals, and expiration dates
  • Ensures contracts are properly entered and secured into customer relationship management, organizational databases and other collaborative tools
  • Contributes and actively participates subject matter expertise in support of department training initiatives
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of standard agreements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contract administration experience, preferably in a SaaS contracting environment
  • At least 1 year of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) or similar pricing/quoting software and Salesforce experience in a recent role
  • Experience with Adobe Sign or similar electronic signature software (e.g., DocuSign)
  • Ability to respond quickly to short deadlines under pressure with professionalism
  • Ability to thrive and communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing efficiently and getting things done with a high level of accuracy
  • Self motivated and able to take ownership of projects from ideation to execution

Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., Spring CM, IronClad, Conga) and Google Products
