What you'll do

This position will have primary responsibility for managing the corporate secretary and governance function, working closely with the management team and Board of Directors. The position will lead the legal team in supporting FanDuel’s strategy, m&a and finance efforts, including helping structure transactions, managing due diligence, negotiating and drafting transaction agreements, and supervising outside counsel on that work. • Unlimited holiday allowance
  • 401K plan
  • Attractive health care plans

There's more, but we don't want to go on and on.
