The Role:

We are looking for an Information Technology Manager who will support the needs of our rapidly scaling organization and help define our internal IT strategy and processes. You will be leading our internal team who support all Ceros employees and ensure that all their devices are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee our MDM and Endpoint protection systems to ensure that all of our devices are secure, up to date, and inline with our policies. 
• Lead our Internal Support Team to keep all Ceros employees up running and ensure that all on and off boarding requests are handled promptly. 
• Work with Ceros’ Cyber Security team to create policies and procedures to ensure that our Information Technology architecture is secure and complies with our policies. 
• Perform other operational and administrative support as requested by the business

Practical stuff we anticipate you having:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a systems administrator or similar IT role in a compliance-driven environment
• Expertise in supporting users on macOS and Windows devices
• Experience creating policies and processes for a SOC-2 compliant organisation 
• Hands-on experience as an administrator with the following technologies: 
• JAMF
• AirWatch
• Google Workspace
• Malwarebytes
• Okta
• Great scripting skills for both Unix-like and Windows based environments. 
• Familiarity with network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN  systems
• Excellent communication, typing, and grammar skills
• Leadership skills and willingness to share your knowledge and expertise. 
• Ability to think on your feet and find fast or lateral solutions to technical issues.
• Relentless passion and contagious enthusiasm

• This is a remote-first role with the ability to work on east coast time; travel periodically to our NY offices
